If you have any tofu recipies then please send them my way. im compiling a list. The only real good book i have so far is called 'this cant be tofu'. Too many books think i have every other crazy ingrediant under the sun, which i dont. Also they all think i must love other crazy things like bok choy if i like tofu and so they have all these weird vegetables in thier recipies. This was given to me by a man i know named David. He says its very good. Its for vegan whipped cream:	12/1/3 oz extra firm silken tofu(im thinking just get one tub of it) 1 cup of sugar(either color, white preferably) ~1/4 cup water, maybe 1/8th of a cup depending on how thick you want it. 2tsp. vanilla

	here is a picture of that book i was talking about. which i think is neat. Im on the lookout for a recipe for a good curry as well. the site is still about tofu, its just that im looking for a good curry recipe at the moment.
